School Application Procedure

The following steps will help you and your family in this important decision for your child!

1. Parent Visit…Important first step. Parent(s) only. Assess the environment in which your child may be potentially placed. Observation sheets will help you understand what is happening as you view the children and staff. This appointment should be in the morning between the hours of 8:30 and 10:30 am. Call office for appointment.

2. Application Form…Complete and return, along with the non-refundable application fee of $50.00 ($75.00 after April 1st). Here is a printable application form.

3. Child Assessment…Make an appointment for your child to visit. · Children's House level - plan on 1/2 hour to 2 hours, 8:30 and 10:30 am. · Elementary and Middle School levels - Plan on five consecutive days, 8:30 am until 3:00 pm.

4. Acceptance…Formal acceptance letters are sent out within a week. Your child's space will be secured only upon receipt of the required deposit and signed contracts.
